Stop and Shop Cakes

Welcome to Crafty Nan! I have been making all kinds of crafts since I was a teenager. Creating things with my hands has always brought joy and a sense of pride to me. I love making items for other people, whether I do it with a sewing machine, hand cross-stitching, crocheting, my new embroidery machine, or just creating a towel cake for someone's Bridal Shower, Wedding, Birthday, or Anniversary.

Schwan s Food Service

Pizza rounds out business at The Schwan Food Company. With well-known retail pizza brands like Tony's, Red Baron, and Freschetta, the company is one of the top frozen pizza makers in the US, alongside rival Nestlé. But pizza isn't the only slice on its plate. Schwan's core business involves a fleet of 6,000 Home Service trucks that deliver 350 frozen food products directly to the customer's doorstep.

After graduating from college, Brabeck-Letmather took a job in 1968 with a company named Findus. He sold and delivered ice cream in a freezer truck that he drove around the Swiss Alps to cafes and supermarkets. Initially, Brabeck-Letmathe did not know that the company was a Nestlé subsidiary. When he discovered who the parent company was, he realized he had an opportunity to broaden his career horizons beyond his native Austria
